The Home Care Consultant is responsible for ensuring the achievement of revenue objectives for the assigned territory. Revenue is to be generated from a variety of Sales and Marketing duties, including researching and pursuing new referral sources and enhancing and maintaining relationships with existing referral sources. This position is responsible for reporting results in moving relationships forward to the Director of Operations on a weekly basis, discussing successes and opportunities, and demonstrating documented progress and inquiry production in Sales/Marketing/Networking areas.
Primary Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Research, Identify, Pursue & Nurture Professional Relationships with Referral Providers
- Utilize Consultative Sales Process with Potential Clients both during Service Calls and In-Home Care Consults, as well as in group settings during Marketing Events
- Develop Sales & Marketing Plans
- Maintain Accurate Records
- Report on Sales Results Weekly & Monthly
- Grow our Database of Qualified Leads from Referrals
- Achieve Inquiry Generation Objectives with the Primary Goal of increasing the Overall Market Share
- Target Accounts Include, but Are Not Limited to: Hospitals, Physicians, Home Health Agencies, Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospices, Etc.
- Attend Networking Events, including Occasional Nights and Weekends
- Participate in various PR strategies
- Provide In-Office Team Support as needed
- On-Call Rotations as needed
- Enhance our Social Media Presence/Audience by Sharing Meaningful Content and Engaging both Clients and Referral Providers
- The Ability to Provide Competent Care to our Clients as needed
